If you place an order during this time, around a sale or around a holiday, it is possible that your order will take longer. Holidays and sales cause an influx of sales which may also lead to longer production times. A "business day" is Monday through Friday; this may exclude national holidays and the day your order is made if made to order. - TRACKING-Once shipped, your order will have a USPS tracking number attached to shipping confirmation e-mail you receive. We happily create a multitude of tools for folks to use in their practices, but we also create a variety of wellness items that are for anybody and everybody. The recipes and items that we provide are what we use in our own home and practice. Instructions are not provided for any curio, but they are supplied for all wellness items, including but not limited to lotions, body oils, and sprays. All of my oils (with the exceptions of those containing hot peppers or camphor) can be applied to the body and are made with allergies in mind. Please contact us for allergen information or SDS.
